Books

These books will provide valuable assistance to all mathematics candidates at all ages.

The individual questions on similar topics vary in difficulty and though some may
be considered easy; others may need in-depth thinking and reasoning. Teachers,
parents and students may wish to approach these tests in various ways and may
employ methods such as individual or group practice.

At the end of each test, students are advised to revise the topics that may have
presented some degree of difficulty. This will enable them to be better prepared
to solve similar problems. It is suggested that students use a systematic approach
by showing complete working in presenting their solutions.

The Barton Series

The Barton Series comprises math stories merging numeracy with literacy in an attempt to inculcate values in students through encounters with real life experiences. The Little Barton books are specially designed for children in the early years.

“Recipe for success: Study while others are sleeping; work while others are loafing; prepare while others are playing; and dream while others are wishing.”
